The signature toripaitan at Mensho Ramen in Mesa, AZ that cost me $26. Truffle paste on the left added an interesting flavor!

Why not pay $50 or a hundred dollars? And people complain about the price of apples in Japan.

  2. Now I NEED to know how they are putting the stamp on the egg, please help

Mesa is so lucky to have this spot. I had their paitan at a popup years ago and it’s still the best I’ve had by far

That’s Seattle pricing for normal looking ramen…

Mensho was the best ramen I ever had even better than everywhere I went in Japan. Was definitely worth the long wait to get in lol

Looks delicious but the price is a bit steep. Unfortunately I wouldn’t eat there unless someone else is paying me. I feel I can make a better bowl of ramen for 26 dollars.

I was looking for an answer about the eggs and I found 2 theories (branding or soy sauce stamp/stencil), but now answers

But y’all. [This menu makes me HONGRY](https://mensho.com/menu/).
