    That’s a great result for only a second attempt! 🔥 I found perfecting the rice the hardest when I started. What are your key ingredients? I love a bit of avocado and spring onion added to mine.

    Great! Are you wrapping your mat in plastic wrap?that helps.

    Tempeh with sriracha, mayo, and nori flakes makes a great “tuna” as well. Your fillings look yummy!
