2 teaspoons marjoram
salt & pepper

2 bulbs garlic
4 rashers bacon
1 heaped tablespoon Greek yoghurt

Tzatziki Ingredients
1 Persian cucumber
5 mints leaves
handful coriander (cilantro)
small carton Greek yoghurt
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons lemon
black pepper
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
