It looks like OP posted an AMP link. These should load faster, but AMP is controversial because of [concerns over privacy and the Open Web](https://www.reddit.com/r/AmputatorBot/comments/ehrq3z/why_did_i_build_amputatorbot). Fully cached AMP pages (like the one OP posted), are [especially problematic](https://www.reddit.com/r/AmputatorBot/comments/ehrq3z/why_did_i_build_amputatorbot).

Maybe check out **the canonical page** instead: **[https://soranews24.com/2024/10/05/pizza-hut-japan-creates-landmine-type-pizza-to-celebrate-japans-dark-jirai-kei-fashion/](https://soranews24.com/2024/10/05/pizza-hut-japan-creates-landmine-type-pizza-to-celebrate-japans-dark-jirai-kei-fashion/)**

For anyone that doesn’t want to read the link: That “Landmine-Type” is just a literal English translation of the Japanese term “Jirai-Kei,” which is their term for Pastel Goth style, which is apparently trendy enough over there right now that Pizza Hut Japan is releasing a pizza aimed at that market.

Toppings are truffle-infused squid ink, rice, shrimp, fish, black olives, semi-dried tomatoes, and a squid ink crust.

Squid Ink, for reference, is a traditional ingredient in Mediterranean food, including Italian food, that made its way to Japan in the 20th century. It has a salty/umami flavor that’s no more offensive than that of the black olives.

I’m more concerned about the seafood and the rice than the big, eye-catching black drizzle.
