This strawberry cheesecake recipe is so simple, fruity, creamy and delicious! It can be done in 3 simple steps!
I use a 20cm round mould but if you would like a more thiccer cake, you can use 15cm.
Ingredients:
🍓100g digestive biscuits
🍓30g melted butter
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Ingredients for strawberry puree:
🍓220g strawberries
🍓30g granulated sugar
🍓10g lemon juice
Ingredients for cream:
🍓200g cream cheese
🍓90g sour cream
🍓30g granulated sugar
🍓30g milk
🍓6g gelatine
🍓80g strawberry puree
🍓200ml heavy cream
🍓15g granulated sugar
Ingredients for Strawberry jelly:
🍓150g remaining puree
🍓35g water
🍓5g gelatine
