Cost of ingredients plus an hourly fee for me. Say $30 an hour. That’s how’d I price it personally. What did you spend on ingredients? Also do you candy your own oranges ?
$65 🙂 how many people are you saying that feeds. I think that plays into how much people are willing to pay as well. You have great presentation and great variety.
Just glancing it over I thought definitely at least $100, bare minimum $125-$150. So to see you charged $175 seems really well priced to me, especially since you delivered it along with serving accessories.
