So it’s either the sweet Italian pork sausage and/or the Tuscan heat spice that I don’t like. I had another meal that had the sweet Italian chicken sausage with the Tuscan heat spice and I didn’t like that one at all. But then I had another meal that had the Tuscan heat spice and chicken breast and I loved that one. So I’m confused and not sure. I’m kind of leaning that it’s the Italian sausage. I think whatever flavoring the sausage has, I don’t like it.

Other than that, I did enjoy the Tuscan spice within the sauce. I thought the sauce on its own had a great flavor. Maybe if it had just regular pork or beef with it. I think I should just stay away from the sweet Italian sausage.

As with most of the pasta dishes, generous portion. I got the bread accidentally in my last order. It was supposed to be for a ‘torta’ meal but I didn’t get any protein (again, it was accidentally added to my bag) so I decided to use it as my “French bread”.

Also, is anyone team “keep sauce and noodles separate” like me or do you mix them together before putting them on your plate/bowl like how HF directs you to do? I only do it for spaghetti meals.

Hey HF Reddit bestie, I had a risotto with the Sweet Italian Sausage last week (or the week before) and didn’t notice anything and it turned out to be my favorite risotto I’ve had with HF. I’m not sure if I’ve had any Tuscan seasonings before so can’t say.

I’m team sauce on pasta except on leftovers (leftovers are stored mixed together then reheated together) or like a butter garlic sauce to coat the pasta.

I prefer the Sweet Italian Pork Sausage to Chicken Sausage for sure but if you don’t like the pork sausage, that’s your perogitive
