I’m serious about this stuff. I’m up the night before, pressing garlic and dicing whole tomatoes!

The trick is to undercook the onions

Did you go take a smoke and not clean up?

You were supposed to spill the beans! Not drop them!

That’s a 400 pan. Don’t try to minimize the chaos OP.

Dude in black: “This is what non-slip shoes are made for!”

Last year I was transporting 4 gallons of beans in my car. I didn’t have a good container to transport them, and didn’t take time to think about what a disaster this could turn into. it was a bean emergency after all. I picked up the pans of beans, carefully placed them in a plastic bag, securing them in the back seat, drove for 20 minutes like a grandpa. 1/2 a block from my restaurant a MFing deer darted in front of me and I had to brake and evade. 3 gallons of beans spilled all over the back seat, on the floor, under the front seats. I walked in with that last gallon of beans like a champ though. Then I went to grab a smoke before I started scraping beans out of my car. That’s when I started leaving my car unlocked with my windows open because who is going to mess with the car that smell like a corpse in the middle of the Texas summer. Still have the car, probably some of the beans too.
