Used a whole tub of Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla (500 cal total) and 6 servings Bonne Maman Strawberry Preserves (300 cal), freeze on a tray for two hours and then split into roughly six big pieces for about 133 cals and 14 grams of protein per piece. Could use real fruit for fewer calories/less sugar but I really like the taste this way!
