1/2 spaghetti squash (remove seeds)
1/2 block or 4 oz of feta cheese
Handful of chopped tomatoes
Salt, pepper, minced garlic, and olive oil to taste
375°f for 50min – 1hr or until feta is melted

Let cool a few minutes and pull apart squash and mix.

Top with basil.
