Caramelised onions with butter and olive oil, cooked the chicken in the same pan after with a bit more olive oil, mixed them together, tada!
Seasonings I used were: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, seasoned salt, dried oregano, dried thyme. Just added based on how much I like each seasoning tbh. Best dinner ever 🙂

Oh and I used on yellow onion, one red. Three chicken breast. With sides, approx. 4 servings
Looks good, top work! I’d add some rice and cheese, then wrap the whole thing up in a tortilla and have a feast lol.
