I made a couple pumpkin pies today. I used a white pumpkin because the squash bugs killed the orange ones that I had planted. The white ones grew well and taste really good. I somked them for 30 minutes at 180 to try to get a smokey flavor then covered the edges with foil to protect it from overcooking and raised the temperature to 375 for about an hour. It worked out really well
