dinner. so filling and the ONLY way to make konjac noodles taste good.

ingredients-
konjac noodles (0 cals)
beef flavored ramen powder (25 cals)
.5 vegetable bullion cube (15 cals)
whatever veggies u want, i used green bell peppers and onions (like 15 cals)

strain and rinse noodles for a while. cook in DRY pan for like two minutes on med high heat. add the bullion and flavoring. stir that and cook it for a WHILE. then add in your veggies until they’re cooked to your liking. eat it. it’s so good. it’s also 55 calories.

A few tips for ya as ive made this 1000x, if you have enough time, boil the pasta before you put in the pan, makes a big difference believe it or not, then sautee the noodles in garlic, onion and scallions. Throw in whatever veg let that all cook, out some sf maple syrup & sriracha and finish cooking. Finish with everything but the bagel seasoning. It slapssss.
