I make this fresh tomato sauce every year with either my garden-grown tomatoes or summer tomatoes I find locally. The flavors are delicate yet bright and fresh with tastes of garlic, fresh basil, and sweet simmered tomatoes. There’s nothing quite like tomato sauce made from scratch! You can gift it in jars to your friends & family, serve it with your favorite pasta or Italian dishes, or eat it on its own because it’s just that good!

We make about 12 cases a year and use a machine to make the sauce.
Me thinks that you be very hot, the hell with the tomatoes! LOL! Thanks for sharing this you tube! Consider me a new subscriber, if just to dream about what you might be wearing in the next video! Does that make me a bad person? Happy cooking!
Enjoyed this. It moved quickly and easy to prepare…unlike so many other food site videos

No more tears from onions if you store them in the refrigerator.

Girl, that's a white onion.
NO SAUCE ON YOUR SHIRT! AMAZING, AND THE TOMATO SAUCE IS GREAT TOO!
No, this is gonna do is me lose interest in your cooking because that’s a joke absolute joke. If you knew how to cook you wouldn’t be doing it this way.
Can I freeze this?
Another easy way to remove skin, and seeds, is to use a food mill. I have one that attaches to my mixer, and it works great to remove both skin and seeds. Just cut the raw tomatoes in have, squeeze out some seeds and toss into a stock pot. No water, just heat. Simmer for maybe 30 minutes, stirring. Softens them enough to easily run through food mill. Pureed tomato, ready to reduce for sauce.
Hi how do I store these and how long will they last
If you core them first they'll peel easily.
Love that variety. Gotta look for them.
Love your channel and your food. I have the same roots right now. Black 4 inch roots! Being blonde is such a pain.
I always take the seeds out,,,,
