Nice! As a person of Mexican american background, i grew up with menudo, and i hated it all the time. As an adult and being vegan, I’ve loved all my rooted gastronomy, so I’ve made pozole and have enjoyed it so much, and it makes my family come together and enjoy a traditional dish.
