  1. Pic 2 is what I wish the amount of meat every ramen place gave here in America.

I give them ratings compared to eachother.

    1. Ramen hayashida
Lots of good chicken flavor, dont think it had any fish elements at all, pure chicken. It was nicely salted, tender and good meat and the most orange egg yolk ive ever seen 😊 would give it 5/6 👍

    2. Rairaiken (ramen museum)

    Chashi ramen
Heartwarming soup, with a great balance of flavor. No surprises but just clean good ramen. Give it 4/6.

    3. Ryo shanghai honten (ramen museum)

    Spicy hot miso ramen.
Impressive play with tastes. Perfectly spicy, its a ramen that evolves as you eat it, it starts with a chicken/gyokai taste, but as the spicy miso ball blends with your soup it changes the taste, and the ramen keeps interesting all the way to the end.
    I give it 5,5/6.

    4. Ichiran shibuya

Really nice ramen, would give it 5/6.

    5. Kyobashi sasara

    Tantanmen
Alot of sesame taste, and not very impressive ramen, it would be alot quicker to make a spicy pasta carbonara, and the taste would be better. 2/6.

    6. Rokurinsha, tokyo station.

Very good, tastefull, not too salty. Alot of exiting stuff to mix up the flavor. Noodles were nice and chewy and you get dashi to finish your soup. Would give it 5/6.

    7. Afuri in shinjuku

    Yuzu ramen and yuzu beer.
Perfect harmoni in a bowl. This was my favorite on the trip.
Every taste is so gental and round and good and no taste overtakes the others. Its refreshing and light. And the tamago is on another level, its amasing!
    Would give it 6/6.

    8. Tomita

Very good noodles, Soup is a bit to salty so shouldnt go all inn with your noodles. Alot of good and exiting meat and the balsamico compliments it.
Egg is quite mild and dont do much.

Its really good ofc, but a bit too hyped in my opinion. And its a bit worky to have to go there 8am to get a ticket. Would take rokurinsha over it. 4/6.

    9. Dont remember name, but probably a big chain store.

    Tonkotsu black garlic oil
Nice and easy to like tonkotsu, thick noodles, that was short, so they were easy to slurp.
Nice caramelized garlic flavor that stayed in the mouth for a long time.
    Give it 3,5/6.
