This is my spin on the viral feta pasta bake – baked tomato and goats cheese pasta only takes 30 minutes to make, with little to no prep time! It’s also incredibly delicious 😉
Ingredients:
600g plum tomatoes
300g mild creamy goats cheese (don’t use hard goats cheese!)
1 full garlic bulb
4 TBSP olive oil
3 TBSP honey
Salt and pepper to taste
1 TSP onion powder
1/2 TSP garlic powder
1 TSP chilli flakes
1 TSP Italian mixed herbs
1 TSP oregano
1 TSP dry parsley
Handful fresh basil- just tear the leaves
2 handfuls baby spinach
500g pasta
Bake at 180c until the tomatoes are soft and cooked through, and the cheese is golden
