If u take chicken right out the pack (especially if its skin on) and put it in plain water, the water becomes swampy, murky and bloody. I can't believe ppl just eat that goop. I think people like to hear the frizz when you combine acid and base. Otherwise, this basic chemical reaction does nothing. The liquid is neutralised. Nice wings by the way
