I have been making kimchi for years and I hope this turns out ok. But it doesnt look correct to me. there is too much liquid and it does not look like you made the paste correctly. Also, they sell kimchi containers on amazon that are helpful. they have an inner part that presses down on the cabbage while it ferments. Next time soak the cabbage in salt water overnight.
