    I find myself throwing out season end green chillies. There’s only so much green curry paste one needs, and I have no other ideas what to do. Green hot sauce is pretty much like spicy grass I reckon.

  2. We just made cowboy candy with our jalapeños. I want to try it with some of our other peppers too!

    Cold smoke, dehydrate, put on everything plus make a chili crisp. Maybe put the bright green ones in a paper bag and let them redden up a bit.
