Picked up some cheese protein puffs from Aldi and wasn’t a fan of the taste alone, so came up with the idea to use it in breaded chicken nuggets instead.

These are 100% a game changer for me. Low in cals, low in carbs, high in protein and pretty inexpensive ingredients.

Cut your chicken up, dunk into egg, toss in the crushed protein puff and panko mixture and then air fry for 6 mins at 390°F turning halfway through.

Bonus points if you make protein ranch (Greek yogurt + ranch seasoning)
