100 calorie snack or small meal

Thought I’d share this pretty filling ~100 calorie snack or small meal I made since I only had about ~150 calories left for the day.

4 cocktail tomatoes, a pickle, a tablespoon of chickpeas, a tablespoon of red onions, all chopped and mixed together with some salt + pepper, half a mini bagel and one date for dessert lol (not pictured).

With a tall glass of water after a full day of eating this filled me up pretty well 🙂

    Mate don’t ever think of this as a meal, that’s ED adjacent

    It looks tasty af and if it’s a snack I’m all for it, but don’t call this a meal you’ll go mad

    Once when I was pressed for time and low on groceries, my “lunch” for work was throwing a can of cannellini beans, some diced zucchini, onion, tomato, lemon juice, chili flake, and olive oil into a big lidded bowl and thinking I’d figure the rest out later. It ended up being SO damn good. The only thing missing was some flaky sea salt and perhaps some mozzarella pearls. 

    This looks like a really nice snack! I bet banana peppers would be a good sub for pickles, too.
