First time ever making homemade ramen and not instant ramen. I can’t believe I waited 29 years to do this ! This is sooooo good !!!

Probably not the prettiest ramen but damn the taste is here !

Broth is made with champignon de Paris (mushroom don’t know the English name sorry) garlic and ginger with a little peanut butter and vegetable stock.

In the bowl i put brown sugar, a little rice vinegar, soy sauce and miso paste
Whisk it

Add everything in the bowl and tadaaaa

Rarely been so proud of myself lol that’s sooo tasty I love it.

I was literally dancing in happiness while eating

I had some instant ramen before and it was meh (tried yum yum and cup noodles)

This evening i decided to try some more from different brands and I bought also some fresh ramen to try it out with whatever I had in stock.

I had some in restaurant in the past too but it was good, one of the best of Paris, but still not that good to me.

But today ? Oh my… one of the best thing I ever taste
