Unfortunately my girlfriend doesn’t like onions as much as I do
I wanted to add more onion to the meat, my girlfriend said it was too much and I had to eat what was left. I ate it raw, with a little olive oil.

Duuuude. I live in a neighborhood with a street with like 20 taco shops so I never make tacos at home. This gave me a revelation: I can make tacos at home that are basically 50:50 onion to meat!
Taco shops will still have their place, but this gives me an actual reason to make tacos at home!
