Christopher Kimble DID NOT retire! He was squeezed out and fired by the other owners. The whole concept of ATK, CCK, and the magazine were his and he worked his a** off to get them off the ground and popular. They even went to the extent of wiping all references to him and deleting from the internet all video segments that included him. Does that sound like he "retired"? He went on to start a new cooking show and they sued him over it. During his tenure, ATK did almost exclusively American standards. "Foreign" dishes were mostly those already popular in the US. His new show specializes in foreign foods like Vietnam, Thailand, the Middle East, North Africa, etc. Then ATK claimed "That's what we planned to do!" It was ugly.

Christopher Kimball does a great job on Cook's Kitchen BUT talked waaay tooo much on America's Test Kitchen…He's fine where he is. Bridget and Julia do just fine together…Certainly hope that Mr Kimball is treated better where he is now than he was, at times, in the past…Best to all and the two(2) gentlemen who do the taste testing and products judging…
