    Hah! I do the same everyday except I use whey protein powder instead of yogurt. Only because it’s shelf stable and I can buy in bulk. I try to always have enough breakfast stuff for like a month or so, so I never run out. Skipping breakfast ruins my day.

    One thing I noticed is that the pre-bagged frozen berries often kinda suck, so I get fresh berries and freeze them.

  2. This looks amazing. Do you soak the chia seeds beforehand, or just mix them into the yogurt?
