Hey y’all… remember be from the flank left out over night? Well night crew is back at it again. This time not just one item, but an entire prep cart. Full of raw chicken, trimmed beef tenderloins, shrimp and all the food we needed for lunch service. Way to go boys. Absolutely fucking killing it. I work in a god damn hellscape.

Man I’ve left out some things before but this is wild, how do you forget an entire prep cart. Dudes must’ve hit the weed cart a couple times too many and spaced out or something

Crazy how someone missed this. The one place I worked at the last bartender closing would walk through the kitchen double checking all the equipment was off. Kitchen left at like 11 and the bartenders closed at 2
