

Great as a lunch or as a side dish.
But i could eat it anytime.
Ingredients:
– 1 tomato
– 1 mozzarella ball
– Basil (ideally fresh)
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Salt, pepper
– Prosciutto (optional)
Slice tomatoes and mozarella.
Plate. Drizzle olive oil. Season and serve.
