There used to be a hot dog place in Austin called “Man Bites Dog,” and I ordered a chili cheese dog once and asked for a “crazy” amount of onions. When I got it, there was literally a mound of onion on it and I was not disappointed. Wish I’d gotten a picture, but it may have been pre-smartphones.
