I wanted to share this recipe for fall, cozy oats since it is getting colder recently 🙂

The macros and ingredients are posted in one of the photos. (420 cal, 17 protein, 12 fat, 74 carbs)

The preparation is quite quick: slowly boil oats in water (I used around 200 g of water) in a pan. Place plums in a bowl with eritriol and spices – cinnamon and cardamom and microwave until soft. Cut nuts and chocolate.
Assemble layers in a bowl – cooked oats, skyr, plums, chocolate & nuts.

For less calories you can skip the chocolate or swap it out with dark chocolate. I only had this one.
