Im dealing with some sort of super hot pepper but the first pod looks like a reaper but the rest are either small and weird shapes. Could this be some sort of cross pollination? I bought the plant on eBay, maybe an F1 of some sort or no?

I guess scorpion. The first picture looks like a reaper though.
