    Yupp.

    Once in a while, that’s fine. But if you eat prepackaged food every day and all of them are off by a bit, it adds up.

    Girl i was searching for low cal snacks on my grocery app and the search results came up with one of their pre made deli snack meals that consisted of meat, an egg, crackers and cheese. 680 cals!!!!! Imagine thinking that belongs in the low calorie category 😭😭😭 can’t trust these places!!!

    Yep I weighed some sausage yesterday, the package said 3 links was a serving at 55 grams. Well 3 links weighed a whopping 72 grams. 😂

    I was pretty miffed today to find the opposite true for my dinner… the “3 serving” container only contained 2.5 😒
