¼ cup chili sauce, plus 2 Tablespoons for glaze after baking 60 ml + 30 ml
1 lb ground beef 450 g
1 lb ground pork 450 g
½ teaspoon celery seed 2.5 ml
1 teaspoon sugar 5 ml
¼ teaspoon pepper 1.75 ml
1 teaspoon salt 5 ml
½ teaspoon garlic powder 2.5 ml
 ¼ teaspoon nutmeg 1.75 ml
2 eggs
1 ½ cups bread crumbs
¾ cup beer or dry red wine 175 ml
