Anyone else steam their eggs on top of a bed of sweet onions then top it with garlic and green onion? It's so good I have this about twice a week. I keep a cup of green onions on the counter just for this. I look forward to it after a long days work 🧅❤️

Yesssss. An excellent way to make eggs and put them on some toast or a burger. (It’s especially good on top of white rice and some spam)
I love doing this except with caramelized onions. So good
