To be honest, I grew these peppers for their looks. They taste ok and have a decent amount of heat. Nothing crazy. Now I'm looking at a quite substantial amount of pods that will be ripe in a couple of days and I don't really have an idea what to do with them. I don't want to turn them into powder because of their mediocre heat level. I used them for cooking in pan fries and sauces which turned out alright. But there are just way too many to be used fresh. Maybe someone here grew them before and has an idea. Maybe pickled or in a jam?
TLDR: Grew Zebrange for her looks, now I have a huge harvest and need ideas how to use them. (No powder)

Admire it. I am.
i grow these too, i just use them as snacking peppers i actually love the flavor and mild heat makes it perfect for a sweet/spicy snack, i literally eat 10-15 as a mid day snack
Pickles, pepper jelly, ferments, cure in oil and keep for future. Lots of options
[Pepper jelly](https://www.ballmasonjars.com/blog?cid=pepper-jelly-recipe)! I keep the total volume of peppers the same so still safe ratios for canning, but use different peppers. Relatively easy and low time-commitment! The sugar and what it cuts down on the heat, though. I found that to be disappointing, but made it more gift-able!
I wonder – if we can do chili infused salt wih superhots, why not try chilli infused sugar with spicy sweet chilli?
