  1. Isn’t that internal temp of around 190 f to much for the breast? It’s been my experience anything over 165 f makes the breast dry

  2. The problem with fall off the bone chicken is there is a lot of small bones that you do not want to mix in with the meat if not separated properly.

  3. Something doesn't line up, that chicken was done after 2 hrs! I've mistakenly let chicken get to 175 and it was near jerky! How the heck is this juicy after 4+ hours! The extra sauce has to be covering up the over cooked breast.
