    I did 10 years foh and have now been boh for 10 years. There’s a line between you and them, and you need to keep your opinions to yourself. They don’t care what you think and you don’t have the authority/place to tell them how they spend their breaks. They work a lot harder for less money than you do too.

    Worked with a guy that would take all the stuff out of the bottom of the fryer and then dress it like a nacho plate. Toss it in the window and tell the servers he made it for them. 😂🤢

    As a chef I can confidently say that the kitchen staff hates you..and you probably have it coming. I’ve done this only one time in my career and the twat definitely had it coming

    I’m definitely guilty of accidentally boxing up the fryer gunk for a server before. They still got their actual food, I was just fried and hung over.
