First time poster sharing my super simple gigantic dinner meal.

It consists of 600g cooked broccoli, 400g chicken breast made in a non stick pan without adding any oil and 200g oven baked potatoes. This gigantic meal comes out at only 764kcal and is super satiating. I like to cut everything in pieces and mix in the tupperware to have some of each on every spoon. Seasonings I use vary every time salt,pepper, chili, garlic and anything which comes to mind in the moment. I just add them before starting to go down on these.
After having both i am full to the point of really not wanting to eat for the next several hours at all.
