Sorry for repost, I didn’t include photo or text in the prior one.

Anyways, would appreciate your advice. This is a special Vietnamese hot pepper plant (sometimes called goats weed or Vietnamese devil pepper). The main stem broke/died in a storm and now all the growth is coming off the side. What should I do?

Wondering if I should repot it at an angle, try to bend the stem upright, or just leave it be

    Soak soil , pull main stem gently until 30 degrees off centre , side stem will be mostly up right.

    Insert stick (beanpole) etc. Next to mainly erect side stem and tie firmly in place .

    Trim now off centre main stem down to about an inch higher than the joint with your side stem and seal cut with wax from candle .

    You now have a fully vertical chilli plant . 👍

    Manipulations like this are done alot with Bonchi (bonsai) chilli plants , have a look at Fatallis Bonchi group on Facebook , hope this helps .
