I N G R E D I E N T S for Focaccia:
MAKES 12 pieces
For Dough:
1 3/4 cups warm water, 480ml
1 tablespoon honey
1 package active dry yeast, 7g
5 cups all-purpose flour, 625g
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon each dried oregano, basil, and garlic powder
1/2 cup olive oil

topping:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
fresh chives, oregano leaves, rosemary (optional)
*BAKE at 425F/220C for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
