This Aglio E Olio is my own version and not the OG one, so don’t come at me 😂, BUT what it is though is super satisfying. 🫠🤤

Recipe (makes 1 serving – 375 KCal, 30g P, 9g F, 44g C, 4g Fibre)
Ingredients
100 g cooked pasta of choice (roughly 50 g uncooked) – cook until al dente and save a little pasta water
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2-3 fiery Birds Eye chilli chopped
35 g each of chopped broccoli and mushroom
50 g each of diced prawn and chicken or any protein of choice (tofu/soy chunks)
2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp grated cheese
Salt to taste
Few sprays cooking oil
1 tsp lite butter

Method
1. Sauté garlic and chilli in oil and butter until golden.
2. Add in the veg and protein along with seasonings and cook until all the water evaporates and everything is cooked.
3. Add in cooked pasta, cheese and some pasta water and mix well.
4. Serve hot topped with more chilli flakes and seasoning! ❤️
