140 calories for the ones filled with veggies and 180 for the ones stuffed with feta cheese

400 gr wheat flour
200 ml lukewarm milk
1 sachet of yeast
Half tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
200 g feta cheese
Any steamed veggies of your choice

In a mixing bowl add the milk with the yeast and whisk till it somewhat foams up and then add the olive oil and the salt and sugar as well . Continue whisking and then add the flour to our mix and start kneading it with our hands. After we achieve a dough consistency let it rest in room temperature covered for about an hour.

Then we cut it into 9 different portions and make them into a ball shape. Preheat the oven to 250 Celsius. Now we flatten the dough balls with a rolling pin and we are looking to achieve our preferred thickness (must NOT be so thin that you could see thought it ) because it’s going to break if so in the next steps.
Now that the dough is flattened we stuff it with our preferred filling feta chews or veggies about 2 tablespoons of volume. Then we fold it making a rectangular shape and we press it to spread and close even better with our hands( be careful to have some flour on it so it doesn’t stick to the board or your hands)
Last step we put it in the oven in a baking pan with parchment paper for about 20 minutes. ( bonus tip for a better crust you can brush the bread with an egg wash before putting it in the oven)
