  1. Thanks for the ideas! I do have to say I’ve tried the stuffing box mix from Aldi and it didn’t taste anything like stoffuers I’ve never bought it after that

  2. Lots were much cheaper than our Food Lion. It was interesting to see prices. Thanks for sharing

  3. Such a great video. I’m with you about the canned peas. Idk how some people can do it. Please just the frozen ones for me. Since you did Aldi are you going to do this at other stores too?

  4. Aldi sells a lot of GMO food which is not ideal, imo. If you don't like GMO, please read the labels.

  5. Good video, I can’t do canned peas either, I think it’s just the texture.
Thanks for the stock up suggestions!

  6. I remember when jiffy mix was 3/$1.
Great prices for canned ftuit, and beans.
I agree with you about the soup mix. I can tell the difference. 63¢ a can ia a great price for veggies. I was at Trader Joes today and their lg eggs are $2.79.

  7. So glad I caught this video; I was planning on going shopping tonight or tomorrow, specifically for canned veg, and possibly frozen veg. I haven’t been to Aldi in literally years, but today might be the day. I was hoping for under $ 1/ can, and here we are. I’ve also been wanting some spices, seasoning mixes & onion soup mix. This is checking off a lot of boxes for me, so I think it’s time for me to make a shopping haul there. THANK YOU so much for always doing this research for us. Gas is pricey along with everything else, so it means a lot to know that if I go there my trip will be worth it. 👍🏻🌹

  8. Hello Kristen thank for pricing.

I saw where Kroger will have butter on sale starting Wednesday for $2.49 on Shopping with Shaina in her region. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

  9. Sadly not much we can do there that cheap for our family but canned fruit or canned veggies and cucumbers and carrots due to food allergies and dietary restrictions. I think the cheapest we have seen eggs is 21 cents each egg at sam's club (can't remember the size but it was maybe 24?)

  10. I really appreciate you taking the time to do this for us. Prices have really changed. When I first got married, the Jiffy Mix was 4/$1.

  11. I noticed that my WalMart had canned corn and beans for $.50 as a rollback. My Aldi has been out of the generic rotel tomatoes for several months. But my favorite Aldi must-buy is the fresh jalapeños at $.75 a bag.

  12. Wish we had Aldis in Canada. No such thing as generic rotel here, it's usually 2.50 or more a can. Beans are 4/$5 at Walmart for generic. No chili beans just the basic ones. Eggs are at least $4 a dozen here. Butter is cheapest at Costco $5.50 a pound.

  13. Thanks for doing this video, it’s really interesting to watch! There really are quite a few things under $1.00 that would be good to stock up on, thanks again🙂

  14. The can Pumpkin is a good price @ Aldi. Paid 9.49 for a 6 can Libbys pack @ Costco last week which is 1.58/can 😊 I use it to make the Pumpkin Pie recipe on the can. I subbed the Organic can from Trader Joes pumpkin 2 years ago and the pie just didn't taste like the Libbys brand so I will be staying with the brand. Also cooking up a little creamy since the can ounces is a little less now than the can size on the original recipe 😮

  15. great video. There were some good prices there and, as you said, whether these are the items you buy or not, a little bit each week helps. I didn't need any groceries this week so took half of my usual budget to stock up on a couple of deep-deep sales and just banked the rest. Slow and steady wins the race 🐢🐢🐢

  16. Wanted to let you know what specialist said today I had a biopsy done this morning and I'm in a lot pain this evening praying it's not cancer

  17. My Indian grocery store has 5 pounds of carrots for $1.00 this week and broccoli 2 pounds for $1.00, this is why you must shop sales and think outside the box.

  18. I remember Jiffy Corn bread at .33 cents ea.
My Walmart dropped 60 count eggs down from $12.90 to $10.40 today. YAY !!!
I have been thinking of driving to our nearest Aldi’s 35 miles away.
SW Missouri Arkansas State Line area.

  19. Our spices are still $0.95 at Aldi and a favorite buy for sure. I buy salt and baking soda for under $1 at Aldi too. I don’t buy a lot of canned foods though. I have started making my own canned foods with pineapple, broth, spaghetti sauce and jelly being the beginning. Most of the things I buy at Aldi are ingredients like potatoes and carrots or treats like pretzels which are all over $1 but still the best deal around. Great list of cheap deals.
