o Paprika Powder (1 tsp for batter, 1 tsp for coating)
o White Pepper (1 tsp for batter, 1 tsp for coating)
o Salt (1 tsp for batter, 1 tsp for coating)
o 2 cup all-purpose flour
o 1/2 cup corn flour
o Oil (for frying)
• For the Burger Sauce:
o 1 tsp Pickle water
o 1 tsp Sugar
o Salt to taste
o Pepper
o 1 tsp Paprika powder
o 2 tbsp mayonnaise
o 1 tsp mustard
o 1 tsp ketchup

• For the Coleslaw Salad:
o 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
o 1 medium carrot, peeled and grated
o 1/2 cup mayonnaise
o 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
o 1 tsp Dijon mustard
o 1 tbsp sugar or honey
o Salt and pepper to taste

• For Buger:
o 3 burger buns
o 3 slices of cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
o Burger sauce
o Lettuce leaves
o Sliced pickles
o Fried Chicken
o Coleslaw salad
