ingredient..
1 pizza dough (I used the basil dough from Portland Pie Co)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
6 oz low moisture mozzarella, shredded
1 heirloom tomato, sliced
1/2 zucchini, peeled into ribbons
4 slices prosciutto
1 burrata ball
12-14 basil leaves

1. Heat grill to 450°F and grease the grates.
2. Form dough to fit pizza pan. Par grill the dough for 3-4 minutes, or until lightly golden on the bottom and dough begins to puff up. Remove crust from the grill.
3. Flip over pizza crust and top with a drizzle of olive oil, half the Italian seasoning, shredded mozzarella, tomato slices, zucchini and remaining seasoning.
4. Place pizza directly onto the grill grates and grill with the lid closed for 5-6 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the bottom is lightly charred and crispy. *check bottom of pizza halfway through to ensure it isn’t burning. Rotate pizza halfway through if you’re grill has hot spots.*
5. Remove pizza from grill and blot any excess liquid from the tomatoes with a paper towel. Top pizza with prosciutto, burrata and fresh basil.
