Protein+ angel hair pasta, tofurkey Italian sausage, gardein beef crumbles, follow your heart parmesan. She always swore the trick is to add some tomato soup in the sauce and get it to simmer as slowly as possible.

    Looks awesome BUT I wish it was more common that everyone combined the sauce and pasta before plating. That’s how’s it’s done it Italy. Sorry I probably sound like a jackass but it makes a world of difference.
