Got my first harvest off a pepper called "chili pot black – capsicum annuum".

How do you prefer to dry the chilis? Just hanging them up or some other technique?

    I prefer a food dehydrator. But if you don’t have one available, you can put them in the oven at a lower temperature with the door cracked open. Not super familiar with this method as I haven’t used it myself, but you can prob find the temps with a quick google search.
