    when i hear bacon and eggs two things come to my mind: sriracha mayo, maple syrup

    A mustard sauce would do well. But a bottle of hot sauce would as well

    Looks good! I think it would be tasty with HP sauce or some sort of tomato-based sauce like chili sauce or hot sauce.

    HP or salsa are my favorite with quiche, so I bet they’d be good!

    Lot of good suggestions here, but let me also throw in the option to go with a fruit jam or preserves. Mixing sweet and savory flavors was very common in medieval cooking and, although modern cuisine has mostly abandoned the practice, you might find it surprisingly tasty.
