Recipe:-

Ingredients and Quantity

👉Maida – 1/4 +1/6 cup
👉Baking powder 1/2 tsp
👉Baking soda 1/4 tsp
👉Butter 28gm
👉Sugar 1/6 cup
👉Curd 1/4 cup +1 tbsp
👉Milk 2 tbsp
👉Vanilla 1/4tsp
👉Cinnamon 1/4 tsp
👉Nutmeg 1/8 tsp

Procedure:

👉In bowl cream butter and sugar

👉Add dry ingredients and curd alternately and make batter

👉Add milk in the end

👉Greased cupcake mold with melted butter add some demerara sugar slice of pineapple and in middle glazed cherry and on the top of it pour batter bake at 180 for 15 min

👉With help of blue torch remove the cupcakes from mold
