This wasn’t as difficult as I was expecting. Super yummy, very fall/thanksgving, and a piece is HUGE! Definitely volume eating. I’ll put a link to the recipe in the comments.
The filling is onion, celery, apple, wild rice, sage, thyme, walnuts, and cranberries (I added rosemary).
This is also vegan or Lenten if you’re Orthodox.
